Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3/4 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    regular and chocolate graham crackers
Preparation
    Beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add the sugars and beat just enough to combine. Stir in the chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours. Place the cheese mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate again for about an hour. Before serving, roll in pecans. Serve with graham crackers.
