Pineapple Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and all other ingredients together.
Cook over slow heat.
Stir constantly until thick.
Cool and spread on cake layers.
