Impossible Pumpkin Pie(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk (skim)
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    brown sugar substitute to equal 1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. diet oleo
    2 slices white bread in pieces (less or 40 calories per slice)
    1/4 c. flour
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender.
    Mix until smooth.
    Spray 9-inch pie pan with Pam.
    Pour pumpkin mixture in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Cool and chill.
