Mexican Pork Chops For 4 People - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 Tbsp. raw rice
    1 medium size can tomatoes
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    chili powder (if desired)
Preparation
    Place pork chops in skillet.
    Put rice on each chop.
    Into tomatoes, stir onion which has been finely chopped.
    Add salt, also chili powder if desired.
    Pour this tomato mixture over chops and rice and bake in moderate oven or covered skillet for 1 hour.
