Happy Day Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
2 eggs

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl.
Beat Crisco and half the milk into them.
Then add rest of milk, vanilla and eggs. Beat well.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
