Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken, cooked and boned
1 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. chili powder
4 c. Doritos
8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 pt. sour cream
4 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Combine and heat soups, seasonings, onions and broth, mixing well.
Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish with chips, then layer of chicken, half the sauce and cheese on top.
Repeat, ending with cheese.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
May be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen.
