Amish Pie Dough(Makes 6 Pie Shells) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 c. lard or Crisco
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Cut flour and Crisco with pie cutter (does not have to be very fine).
    Mix egg, vinegar, sugar and salt, then add to water.
    Pour water mixture into flour mixture, slowly.
    This is very workable and can be rerolled, if necessary.
    Divide dough into 6 equal parts.
    Wrap in wax paper and freeze if not used immediately.
