Aunt Dale'S Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots or cheese (your choice)
    1 c. herbed seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion five minutes and drain.
    Combine soup and sour cream, stir in carrots and fold in zucchini and onion. Combine stuffing mix and margarine. Place half of stuffing mix in bottom of casserole.
    Pour vegetables on top and then remaining stuffing mix.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
