Mexican Cornbread 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs ground beef-browned
    1 med onion chopped
    3/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese-grated
    1 1/2 c self-rising corn meal
    1 1/2 c milk
    1/2 c oil
    3 eggs beaten
    1 can whole kernel corn-drained
    1 16 oz jar salsa-hot
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add onions and salsa.
    Let it heat up, Mix cornmeal, milk, oil, eggs and corn.
