Edyth'S Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    1 (8 oz.) can peeled tomatoes, drained and chopped
    2 bay leaves
    1 jar pasta sauce
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of Accent (to taste)
    chopped parsley
    2 lb. shrimp, peeled
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except the shrimp.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add shrimp.
    Cook until shrimp turns pink.
    Serve over rice.
