Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 to 3 Tbsp. catsup
    1 can consomme
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 to 2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut fat off meat.
    Place on wax paper.
    Pound flour mixed with salt and pepper with a mallet.
    Cut into bite pieces and brown in butter (melted).
    Add all ingredients except sour cream.
    Simmer at least 1 hour.
    Just before serving, add sour cream.
    Don't boil!
