Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 tsp. flavoring (buttercream or mint)
    1 2/3 c. powdered sugar
    any color food coloring you desire
Preparation
    Mash cheese with sugar, flavoring and coloring.
    Knead like pie dough if necessary.
    Must be real stiff.
    Take dough the size of a marble and dip in granulated sugar; press into rose molds.
    Makes 75 mints.
