Carrot-Raisin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 c. coarsely shredded carrots
    1/2 c. drained pineapple tidbits
    2 Tbsp. unsweetened pineapple juice
    dash of ground cinnamon
    dash of ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine raisins and vinegar in medium bowl; let stand for 15 minutes.
    Add carrots and pineapple tidbits; stir well.
    Combine pineapple juice, cinnamon and nutmeg; pour over carrot mixture and toss well.
    Cover and chill.
