Walter'S Deer Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    2 lb. tenderloin
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 can Cajun tomatoes
    4 large potatoes, cut thin
Preparation
    Spray pan with Pam.
    Slice onion thin; fry in pan.
    Dice tenderloin and brown.
    Add 1/2 cup of water and Kitchen Bouquet. Add tomatoes.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add potatoes.
    Simmer until potatoes are done.
