Orange Roughy With Dill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 lb. orange roughy fillets
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place 2 tablespoons of butter in microwave-safe dish or pie plate.
    Microcook on High for 25 to 30 seconds or until butter is melted.
    Stir in bread crumbs and microcook for 2 minutes on High, stirring after one minute.
