Cake Topping(From Kelley Jo'S Great Grandmother Eldridge) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. cream of Pet milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Preparation

Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in saucepan, then add coconut. Spread over any kind of prepared warm cake mix (yellow, white, chocolate, etc.) and brown under broiler until coconut becomes toasty.
