Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. salad oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste, freshly ground
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 eggs, boiled 1 minute
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1 1/2 c. croutons (optional)
2 qt. lettuce (romaine and head)
Preparation

Add garlic to salad oil.
Let set for 30 minutes or more.
Add salt and pepper.
Combine lemon juice and boiled eggs.
Remove garlic clove.
Add oil to lemon juice mixture.
Toss lettuce with dressing.
Add Parmesan cheese.
Top with croutons, if desired.
