Applesauce - Oatmeal Muffins (Low Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Quaker Oats
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c. skim milk
3 Tbsp. canola oil
1 egg white
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Line muffin pan with liners (12 muffin cups).
Combine all dry ingredients.
Add applesauce, milk, oil and egg white.
Stir just until ingredients are
moistened.
Fill cups almost full.
Bake 20 - 22 minutes until golden brown.
These muffins are very moist.
They freeze well for future use.
