Layered Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 recipe your favorite guacamole
1 can refried beans
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 large bunch green onions with tops, chopped
3 medium tomatoes, cored, seeded and coarsely chopped
2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans chopped olives
sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (8 oz.)
tortilla chips
Preparation

Mix approximately 2 tablespoons water with refried beans. Spread over round platter.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
Mix and spread over refried beans.
Spread guacamole on top of sour cream mixture.
Layer next:
chopped green onions, tomatoes and olives.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top as the last layer.
Serve chilled or at room temperature with tortilla chips.
