Baked Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
4 eggs
5 slices bread, cubed
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs.
Add pineapple and bread cubes. Mix well. Spoon into greased baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until light brown.
Yields 6 servings.
