Red Clam Sauce And Linguine By Hunt'S - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams
1 (6 oz.) can Hunt's tomato paste
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. ground thyme
8 oz. linguine or spaghetti, cooked and drained
Preparation

Saute the onion and garlic in oil in skillet.
Add clams and their juice, Hunt's tomato paste, water, lemon juice, parsley, sugar, rosemary and thyme.
Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.
Serve over linguine.
Sprinkle with Parmesan, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
