Fried Rice With Shrimp, Pork, Ham Or Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. shrimp, turkey, ham, pork or chicken, cubed
    1 carrot, cut in slices
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 c. diced onion
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c. frozen peas
    1 c. rice cooked in 2 c. water and 1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce (lite)
Preparation
    Stir-fry pork in skillet sprayed with Pam.
    Push aside and stir-fry carrots, garlic and onion.
    Push aside with meat and stir-fry egg whites.
    Mix with other ingredients in skillet.
    Add peas, cooked rice and soy sauce.
    Mix together until heated. Makes 4 servings.
