Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    frozen or fresh broccoli
    Velveeta cheese
    milk
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    margarine
    crackers
Preparation
    Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch dish with margarine.
    Cook broccoli and drain well.
    Make layers of broccoli, flour, thin pats of margarine, salt, pepper and Velveeta cheese strips. Continue layers until dish is full.
    Pour 1 cup of milk over casserole.
    Then crush 2 cups crackers and 1 stick margarine.
    Mix crackers and margarine.
    Put on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
