Mexican Corn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. white flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. McCormick's Mexican Seasoning
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. canola oil
1 egg
2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Mix first 6 ingredients together.
Add wet ingredients and mix well.
Spoon into muffin tin sprayed with PAM.
Bake at 350 degrees approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 12 muffins.
