Creamed Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
2 c. cooked vegetables *
Preparation

In medium saucepan, melt margarine.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper; cook until mixture is smooth and bubbly, stirring constantly.
Gradually add milk.
Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
Stir in vegetables; cook until thoroughly heated.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
