Creamed Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
    2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
    2 c. diced cooked ham
    1/3 c. diced pimiento
    1 c. English peas, drained
Preparation
    Melt oleo, add flour and blend well.
    Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
    Add remaining ingredients; cook until slightly thickened and cheese is melted.
    Serve on toast, rice or potatoes.
    Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
