Chicken Beer Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, skin removed
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 c. beer
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Flour chicken breasts; brown in oil.
    Put browned chicken in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine soup, soy sauce, almonds, beer and mushrooms in a large bowl; beat together, then pour over the chicken.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Baste occasionally.
    This is good served with rice.
