Ice Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. vanilla ice cream
    2 c. enriched self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Put into paper lined muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes at 425\u00b0.
