Country Supper Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 c. green beans, cooked
2 c. sliced carrots, cooked
2 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation

Brown meat and onion in oil.
Drain.
Place in a 3-quart casserole dish.
Put salt and pepper and one can of tomato sauce over meat.
Arrange beans and carrots over meat.
Spoon mashed potatoes around edge of casserole.
Pour one can of tomato sauce over mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are brown.
Yield:
6 to 8 servings.
