Hot Seafood Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
6 1/2 oz. crabmeat, drained and flaked
4 1/2 oz. can shrimp, drained and cut up
1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. mayonnaise
4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 2-quart casserole.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs.
Mix lightly. Pour into casserole and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
Serves 6.
