Party Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless pork chops
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. sliced celery
1 medium green pepper, cut in 2-inch strips
1 small onion, sliced
13 1/2 oz. can pineapple tidbits (undrained)
3/4 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
4 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Coat pork with mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
Brown in oil in large skillet.
Add celery, green pepper, onion, pineapple, catsup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer, covered, 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
