Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked yellow squash
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. broken crackers
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (mild)
Preparation
    Mash squash; add onion, salt, sugar, pepper, margarine and soup.
    Mix well.
    Pour half squash mixture into greased baking dish.
    Put half crackers over this and half the cheese.
    Finish with squash mixture and crackers and top with cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
