Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. dried bread crumbs or bran
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/3 c. plain yogurt
2 whole medium chicken breasts, halved and skinned
Preparation

Mix crumbs and all 5 spices.
Dip chicken in yogurt, then into crumb mixture.
Brush grill with oil prior to cooking.
Place chicken on grill over medium heat.
Bake for 20 minutes; turn chicken and bake for 15 minutes.
