Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cold mashed potatoes
    powdered sugar
    wax paper
    peanut butter
Preparation
    In a bowl, take 2 tablespoons cold mashed potatoes and add powdered sugar, slowly stirring, until it stiffens like pie dough. It will be real thin and watery at first.
    Roll it out like thin pie dough and spread peanut butter on it.
    Roll it up like a jelly roll.
    Cut it into small pieces.
    Keep it layered with wax paper in refrigerator.
    It's very good and real sweet.
