Country Franks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. hot dogs, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch slices
1 Tbsp. oil
2 large onions, sliced thin
2 large green peppers, sliced to bite size
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a 12-inch skillet over medium heat, cook hot dogs until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
Remove hot dogs; set aside.
In same skillet over medium heat, cook peppers and onions in the oil; add seasonings.
Cook until tender, stirring often. Add hot dogs.
Toss gently.
Heat thoroughly.
Makes 4 servings.
