Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. diced onion
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. shredded process cheese
    2 1/2 c. milk
    8 c. sliced cooked potatoes
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until soft. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mustard. Cook 2 minutes and remove from heat.
    Stir in Worcestershire sauce, cheese and milk. Cook slowly until cheese melts. Mix over potatoes well and bake in large flat casserole for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
