Cashew Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 large egg
    3/4 grated Romano cheese
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    6 sole fillets (4oz. ea.)
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped unsalted dry-roasted cashew nuts
    Tartar Sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F>
    Place butter in a 15x10-1/2x1-1/2-inch jelly-roll pan.
    Place pan on center rack of oven for 3 to 4 minutes, until butter melts.
    Begin to prepare fush fillets while butter melts.
