Quick Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut into strips
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 stalks broccoli, chopped
    1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 small can bamboo shoots, sliced
    1 dried red (hot) pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 tsp. ginger root, minced
Preparation
    Put oil in hot wok or skillet.
    Add broccoli and cook 3 minutes.
    Add meat.
    Cook until the pinkness is gone.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Stir-fry for about 4 minutes on high, until everything is hot.
    (You may top with toasted sesame seed.) Serve over rice.
