Hash Browns Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (1 lb.) frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat soup, cheese and milk and pour over frozen potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
