Self-Filled Cupcakes(Originally From Carol Bedner) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 unbeaten egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    sugar
    chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and set aside.
    Sift together the next 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add the next 4 ingredients. Beat until well blended.
