Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. apples
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cut apples in 1/4-inch slices.
    Butter a baking dish.
    Add apples and pour water and cinnamon over.
    Work together the sugar, butter and flour until crumbly.
    Spread it over the apple mixture. Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 until light brown.
    Serve with ice cream.
