Garlic Shrimp And Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can clear chicken broth
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
5 c. cooked angel hair pasta
Preparation

Mix cornstarch and broth.
Set aside.
In skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
Cook shrimp, garlic add pepper until shrimp turn pink, stirring often.
Set shrimp aside.
Add parsley and lemon juice.
Stir cornstarch mixture and add.
Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
Return shrimp to pan.
Heat through.
Toss with pasta.
Serves 6.
