Pina Colada Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 carton (8 oz.) whipped topping
Preparation

Prepare cake mix as directed on package except substitute pineapple for water.
Stir coconut into batter.
Grease and flour 2 round pans (8-inch or 9 1/2-inch) or rectangular 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Pour batter into pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
Bake as directed on package.
Cool layers 10 minutes in pan.
Remove from pans and cool completely.
Fill and frost with whipped topping.
Refrigerate.
