Norwegian Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
2 c. diced celery
1 green pepper
1 small onion
2 carrots
Preparation

Shred cabbage and add salt.
Combine sugar, vinegar, mustard seed and celery seed.
Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar melts.
Let cool.
