1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 c. mild thick and chunky salsa
1/2 lb. turkey breast, cubed
1 1/2 c. shredded light 4-cheese Mexican cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press each biscuit into a 5 1/2-inch circle. Place on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Cool. Spread each biscuit with 2 tablespoons salsa. Top each with turkey and then shredded cheese. Return to oven; bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese has melted. Serve warm.
