Vegetable Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. spring onions (scallions)
    1/4 c. chopped fine celery
    1 c. toasted chopped nuts (use half in mixture)
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese into other ingredients with fork.
    Shape into ball with rubber spatula and roll ball in other half of nuts. Chill 2 to 3 hours.
    Serve with crackers.
