Low Calorie Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. re-liquefied milk
    1 c. All-Bran
    1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Mix and bake in greased muffin pan at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
    Makes 12 muffins.
