Overnight Sausage Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 lb. sausage
    4 eggs
    2 to 2 1/2 c. milk
    1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Place bread crumbs in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and set aside.
    Brown sausage over medium heat; drain fat.
    Crumble sausage over bread and cheese.
    Beat eggs, milk, mustard and soup together.
    Pour over sausage.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until set.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
