Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small can chopped ripe olives (black olives)
    1 small can chopped green chiles
    1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can enchilada sauce (mild)
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 doz. corn tortillas
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
    Add olives and chilies and heat.
    Add 1/2 of each cheese.
    Mix enchilada sauce and tomato sauce together.
    Dip tortilla in hot oil for a few seconds.
    Place one spoonful of mixture and 1 spoonful sauce in middle of tortilla.
    Roll up.
    Pour remaining sauce and cheeses over top. Heat at 250\u00b0 until cheese is bubbly and meat is hot.
    Makes 12.
