Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder (optional)
Preparation

Cook cauliflower (broken up) until tender; drain.
Mix next 4 ingredients.
Pour over cauliflower in a 2-quart baking dish.
Top with crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
